If approved, we will send you a unique RA Number and our return warehouse address: 10, Deinkuro Street, Kalio, Rivers State, Nigeria. Important: Do not ship the product without an RA Number—packages without this number will be rejected.
  3. Package the Product Securely: Use the original packaging (if available) or a sturdy box with bubble wrap to protect the electronic device from damage during transit. Include all accessories, and clearly write the RA Number on the outer package.
  4. Ship the Product: Arrange shipping to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service (e.g., DHL, GIG Logistics) and keeping the tracking number for reference.
